Hello, I would like you to know that after the treatment of the service department and telling me I need stuff done like differential oil changed and an alignment on my car that only has 10400 miles on it I went and bought a new car. I am just letting you know so hopefully they will stop this sort of practice.

I don’t believe you should have been dismayed. I was open the whole time I was looking that I would be making sure I was getting the best offer I could on a 54k car. I also made it clear my intention before I left, along with stating if I walk away I wouldn’t be returning, and that I was upset because I had enjoyed working with Edmond. Which I expressed.

We are sorry your online experience was not what you had hoped for. We consistently review our processes to insure we are competitive and upfront with our customers. We do email out prices, so customers have something in writing, but are reluctant to email a price quote for competitive reasons. We reserve our best price for customers in our area and/or who come to our store due to the location, Service department and customer service. This being said, how we handled the phone call and our professionalism was not what is should have been. For that we are sorry. We hope you found the Honda you were looking for.

Anand, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. After reviewing your visit, it does appear we could have offered more for your trade in. From what I've been told, you reviewed one offer sheet and left. Usually, we discus the offer with customers and hopefully are able to agree to terms that work for both parties. I am concerned to hear that our 19' Highlander was overpriced. Additionally, that our salespeople used snake oil tactics. Would you be able to give some details in that regard. Those two areas involve people and processes, that if we can fix, I hope to. Hi John, Do you have access to the pricing sheet that was presented to me? What is the point of negotiating (that is why I did not waste time in asking for a revised offer) when you are offered $1k for a car that is valued at $5-8k trade-in, you can negotiate $5k to $5.5k not from $1k to $5k. My total out of door price for a Toyota Highlander that is not certified and does not have extended warranty was north of $43k and included all sorts of additional charges - I can get a brand new one for $10k more. If you want I can send you the official price I paid for a 2019 Audi Q7 - $39k for a premium plus Q7 including 2 year maintenance package and 4 year extended warranty and the vehicle is in pristine condition. You can also agree that Toyota Highlander is not even in the same class as an Audi Q7. How your dealership can charge those prices for 53k mile cars that are not certified is beyond me.

Please email me your name or last six of your Toyota's vin number and I will review the timeline of your request. In addition, I will review your purchase along with the relevant personnel. Hi John, I appreciate you reaching out about this. I came to the dealership to cancel the additional optional service contracts and I even signed for this to be processed. I emailed Keo for confirmation if the request is being processed but he never replied. Until he called me and asked me if I was the one who made this review and asked me if I can delete it. I told him I will delete it when I see the optional contracts are removed from my loan. He called me yesterday that the optional contracts are now removed.
