Paper work was well organized and NO hassle. I have another Honda purchased from this dealership (actually the 4th Honda from this dealership) this is the only place it is serviced, because the service department is the best. When I was done shopping Jim promptly picked me up. After everything was finished I was very satisfied with the services that were done and how quickly they were able to get me in and out. I went into Klien Honda on friday night as they were closing. The door was locked to the service area but I needed a headlight bulb. I tried to give him money but he refused and asked instead of money to write a review about him.
