My husband and I went into the dealership really not sure whether we were going to buy a car or not. We met Ken and that all changed. I purchased a used Acura MDX with a lamp out light dash indicator active at the time of purchase. They refused to fix it due to the fact the all the exterior lights were still working and also the car was indicator active at the time of purchase. That was a first heard ever for me, but my wife and I were both tired and said ok. Later that night I noticed an issue with the steering and suspension. Everyone knows the worst roads in Everett are around the Everett Mall. So it was hard to judge the ride quality. Then we noticed all the vents were broken so you couldn't manipulate the direction of the heat/ac. Like I said my wife and I were both very tired from dealing with dealerships when we bought this car and we do know better. We went to return the car the very next morning. They refused to take it back and only offered to exchange it for another used or new car. Well we test drove and thoroughly went through every SUV on their lot. Only two out of the 11 were local trades the rest were from auction based out of Texas. These jokers are selling used cars for over retail value when they were purchased from auction well under wholesale. I should know I've bought four cars most likely from the very same auction house for far less than wholesale. Well we ended up being screwed into a Pilot that had a bad car fax history; car accident and stolen. Priced $4,898 over wholesale value and 3,898 over retail value for the condition it was in, it should of been sold under wholesale. My wife also slipped on some ice in their used car lot after we returned the MDX and nothing was said about that. She was crying and in pain and our used car sales representative just sat there. The assistant general manager did nothing either. They just made us believe we had to exchange the car for another and that was our only option. As a volunteer firefighter and EMT I should've called 911 and had a injury report made, but I'm not a person that sues over such things. However, this would have been one of this perfect scenarios that warranted such an action. I'm in the Navy and we just PCSed to Everett that very week we were buying a car. We were renting a car and needed a car in order to turn in the rental. So we were in a crunch to get a car and that is why we were put in this situation. Please stay away from these guys! Do yourself a favor and never believe just because they're Honda that they are a true representative of Honda! Truly the worst experience buying a car in 19 years. More
I have been coming to Klein since I had my first 1978 Honda. (We have had 7 Hondas)I like knowing the staff. Recently you installed the "Jiffy Lube" on the back of the lot and I lost all contact with w Honda. (We have had 7 Hondas)I like knowing the staff. Recently you installed the "Jiffy Lube" on the back of the lot and I lost all contact with who I thought were knowledgable and professional people. The "Jiffy Lube" feature does not work for me. I can do that at the real Jiffy Lube in my neighborhood. This past week, due to construction I actually was served at the "real" service desk and I much appreciate dealing with professional people. I live in Kirkland but I have been loyal to Klein. I hope the Jiffy portion goes away!! More
I went to Honda for a scheduled oil change and it was determined that my vehicle had repair issues that it would not be cost effective to repair. Buyer Beware. Ripped us off. Made promises to get us to buy that fell way short. When we tried to resolve issue we were basically told to bad so sad. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Bebs is amazing! She is the reason I drove 45 minutes from Burien to Everett to find my new used car. Once I arrived, she came to the used car building and greeted me. I recently purchased a 2004 Mazda3 from Klein Honda. I was told that the car had been given a comprehensive check by their service department and that it passed with flying colors. This check, along with the low miles for a 2004 model, convinced me to purchase the car. In fact, this service check was the reason I was willing to increase my offer for this car. Last week (I've had the car for about 2 months) the car started having a strange vibration/noise when excellerating. I thought it was exhaust. It turned out to be one of the motor mounts. Someone had shoved/hammered some hard rubber stuff around this mount. I guess the reason was to hide the vibration/noise rather than fix the problem. After a couple of thousand miles the stuff mostly fell out (apparently) and I was left with a $300.00 repair bill. I know the law that used car sales are as is. Buyer beware. More

Every time I take my car in for service I am always greeted at the door or even at my car. I have never had to wait to get checked in for service. Upon completion of my service visit I have always been given a rundown of what exactly they checked and/or repaired/replaced and given me an explanation of why everything was done the way it was. I always choose to keep my Accord’s serviced at the dealership to ensure that I am up to date with the required maintenance and that genuine Honda parts are used on the vehicle. The outstanding job of your service department and your sales staff on my fist Accord purchase was the reason I chose to come back and purchase a new Accord within this past year. I will definitely bring my business back to Klein for purchase of another Accord whenever that time may come for me. Thank you very much. Mike Nisbet More
