I am rating Klein Honda of Everett, WA as a great place to purchase a new car. Nick Dent was awesome. He spent time understanding my financial situation and showed me how to come out on top. Stephen Kenna is the best service rep that I have ever dealt with. I have been to numerous dealerships, but the service attitude that I see from Steven is just awesome! Oh my goodness that experience was amazing! Yes it cost money and car service can be expensive but they were so kind. Services I was paying for at another dealership, were free. This was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. Rachel was the first person I interacted with. She is very friendly and prompt and provided good information on recommended service and kept me posted on the wait time while I was in the lobby. I had requested to her that the technician should look at my lights as I felt I needed a new bulb replacement. She worked with Joey to determine that I indeed needed a replacement. Joey explained why lights flicker due to the filament and sometimes I would notice the light was working properly and other times it would dim out. They both recommended I get it replaced which I was prepared to do. I was very happy when they told me that Honda would cover the cost of the bulb and installation! The technician replaced the bulb in less than 5-minutes and I was on my way. More

We always get our Honda serviced here and get excellent service as well as discounts too! We bought our car from them as a certified used vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on in and have not had any repa service as well as discounts too! We bought our car from them as a certified used vehicle with less than 20,000 miles on in and have not had any repairs needed. Regular maintenance is the key! This is our 3rd Honda and the 1st one went over 200,000 miles before we traded it in. More
