Horrible Service I went for a sliding door fix and oil change for my van. I turned in my vehicle slightly before 7:30 am and was told that it will be ready by 12pm. I I went for a sliding door fix and oil change for my van. I turned in my vehicle slightly before 7:30 am and was told that it will be ready by 12pm. I called six times between 11 am to 3 pm to know the status. The call just dropped after 20 minutes waiting multiple times. When the call was picked up and I was told someone will call back, but no one did. Every time you call there is upwards of 20 minutes wait time. I asked to speak with the manager and after 30 minutes I told he isn’t available. The entire day is ruined because of it. When came to pick up the car the oil change was not done. Horrible service. Last time I will do service here. More

Naturally we're skiddish things, especially when approaching a large dealership. We started off slow, with small talk, an overview of the vehicle and a test drive. As the night drew on things kept getting better and better. Q did everything in his power (which is considerable) to ensure we were satisfied and that we left with piece of mind on our "new" vehicle. Great customer service from sales and service Came in for an oil change and I was helped by DeAndre , I was explaining to him how I wasn’t happy with my vehicle anymore. He took me over to sales and introduced me to Q and he was able to get me in a new car paying close to the same amount monthly for the car I had already! Super pleased with the service !
