Call in on a new Vehicle I called in to enquire on 2 a new Civics. When I got the a sales person on the line I ask what the price of 2 Civics were they had listed on their we I called in to enquire on 2 a new Civics. When I got the a sales person on the line I ask what the price of 2 Civics were they had listed on their website I was put on hold. Then when the sales person came back on the line they stated it is MSRP plus accessories and I asked if there was a mark up and they said no, just accessories. Well I wasted my time driving to Klein Honda to look at a grey & black Civic Type R that they didn't even have, but wait there is a white one. They had a 2nd sticker with ADM, KARR, Wheel locks and some paint protection was on the 2nd sticker. ADM was a Adjusted Dealer Markup of $4,999.99 and KARR was some aftermarket alarm, and I understand paint protection, but let the guest Opt. in or out of accessories on vehicles like this! Well as a person who would want a unique vehicle like the Type R, almost every dealer realizes we don't want the FLUFF to have the dealer make money, we want the car and if there is an inflated cost and we are willing to pay great, but otherwise stop with the hook and reel xxxxxxxx! Nice way to make dealerships look bad! More
