When I bought my car there was a warrantee, they immediately took the warrantee away when I went to sign tye paperwork. That was my first red flag. I shouldn't have bought it. Since then, they've broken my door and refused to fix it. They also have opted to lie to me instead of doing any kind of inspection on my car. My brakes were metal on metal, but their "technician" said my brakes were "good". It's clear to me that now that they have my money they don't care about me as a customer. I've paid to have free oil changes for the life of my car, but now that I've expressed my displeasure at how they've treated me and my vehicle, those oil changes are all of a sudden a "gift" that they may not keep giving me. They've also decided to blame ME for their poor performance and terrible service, which isn't a good look for a customer service based business. All in all I am disappointed with them. Their customer service borders on abusive, their service center has cost me money on "free" oil changes, and their management staff seem pretty incompetent. They got my money and could care less now. I made a service appointment in the early morning at 7:30. I was here on time and walked outside after checking in. After 80 minutes I was back, I found my car was still at entrance and NOBODY was worki 7:30. I was here on time and walked outside after checking in. After 80 minutes I was back, I found my car was still at entrance and NOBODY was working on it! The staff and even the manager made excuses and even said 7:30 was just the check in time. Then WHY didn’t they give me another time slot if they didn’t have staff working on my car at 7:30?? This was the most terrible service experience I have ever had. I had been waiting for around 100 minutes but nobody was working on my car!! More
We had the best experience with Q from Klein Honda. He was super nice and friendly. I'm not sure about those negative reviews for him. Mr. Ali showed insanely high price for the vehicle, adding unnecessary components to the already undiscounted MSRP that bumped up price by $2.5k. The total price was (undiscounted MSRP + unnessary compnents($2.5k) + $3k for title/registration and tax). After pursuing him to remove unnecessary components, he was not ready to give good discount on MSRP (I got the average selling price from KBB). Not only was he was absolutely arrogant but he did even not treat with respect during negotiation. He adopted for tactics like insulting so that he would able to get more out of us and get commission/profit out of it. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and should have left during the initial conversation itself. I will suggest everyone to invest time in finding out about a good sales agent before approaching the dealership. More

He is not friendly, he is asking where I'm working based on that he making a statement " you are making a lot of money" why you aren't able to pay what they offer. He insulted me by asking to visit the Dealer Location to make a deal but in the end, he simply showing the door to walkway. And he was rude and asked to go to any other dealer. I never experienced such pathetic customer service from Honda Dealer. I'll not recommend anyone to go and waste your time, especially with German Estrada. More
