Walked in with cash in pocket ready to buy a 2017 Sienna and was outright told that I could not purchase the vehicle unless it was financed through their dealer and not my own local credit union (Verve). Mi and was outright told that I could not purchase the vehicle unless it was financed through their dealer and not my own local credit union (Verve). Mind you, I already had preapproval well over the sale price and was ready to purchase. That is outright predatory. If you're advertising a sale price but then saying , hey you can ONLY use our financing, it's completely deceptive. So by their standards you can not purchase a vehicle here with cash, ONLY with their financing. Be aware of that if you burned a day of vacation to purchase a vehicle as i did. I was then told by their sales manager that they actually raised the price of the vehicle after I left. Not every small town dealer is trustworthy people, this is a prime example of it. More
