'Nuf said about the product. Nearly all of them have been purchased at this dealership (formerly Cascade, now Klamath Falls Subaru). They have always treated us like family. This time our salesperson was David Gulickson, the epitome of customer service - knowledgable, ethical, impeccable, and just plain a fun guy to deal with. All of the staff was great, up to and including Ron Settlemire, Finance Manager. We know full well that the service department is top notch, from our past experiences over many, many years.
