When my cameras did not have to be recalibrated, they just charged a minimal fee, even though it seems they spent longer on the service. They had a clean, courteous shuttle to get back to work. Why I recommend Klamath Falls Subaru I was in the market for a "gently used" truck, so I googled used 4x4 trucks, and Klamath Falls Subaru came up, and there was the truck I wanted to che I was in the market for a "gently used" truck, so I googled used 4x4 trucks, and Klamath Falls Subaru came up, and there was the truck I wanted to check out, a 2007 F-150, Harley-Davidson edition. I went to look at it, drove it and fell in love with it. David was just amazing. I had the best time dealing with him, and I feel I've made a new friend. Best experience at a dealership! While vacationing at Klamath Lake, we went into town and stopped at Klamath Honda to just look around at what was available. What we found was a team of people working together to show us they had many options of inventory of new and used Accords, which is what my wife wanted. Once she locked on the one that interested her, the team answered questions and explained benefits to us of ownership should we decide to purchase. Being we were not residents of that state, they still worked deligently to earn our business should we decide to pursue the purchase of that vehicle. Never once were we pressured as we have experienced in past purchases at other dealerships. The following day 10 minutes before closing time for them, I received a phone call asking if we’d like to come down and pick up our new “used” car, offering to wait till we got there. Jason, Kyle, Dalton, and Britton, whom we saw, along with the others who we didn’t see, which detailed the car inside and out as well as topped off the fuel tank, made our experience the best ever. The next day while driving our new car, the TPMS indicator light came on and we drove back in to town and Dalton directed us to the service department and within minutes we were back on the road again with no other issues. I am more likely to go to this dealership out of state, than one locally just for the atmosphere alone. May they continue to succeed based on our experience! More
