David helped me choose the best car for me when I was stuck between two models. He gave my grandma (she bought my car) the best deal he could and negotiated a better price for her. The man who handled the financial part put a 6-year warranty on the car for the price of a 4-year. Nearly a week later I came back because there was a small crack in my windshield and David immediately told the manager and they sent my car to their body shop to fill the crack for me right away. I purposely went farther for Klamath Falls Subaru I will just say I had a bad experience with customer service at Southern Oregon Subaru (and they mark up their prices $4k from MSRP).
