Best buying experience around! We live in Klamath Falls, but shopped around a LOT before buying our 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. Awesome experience buying our new Subaru Outback I called Costco's Auto Program on a Wednesday, and an hour later Santos Flores from Southern Oregon Subaru called me back. He described the vehicles h I called Costco's Auto Program on a Wednesday, and an hour later Santos Flores from Southern Oregon Subaru called me back. He described the vehicles he had in stock and we made an appointment for the next morning to go see one. We loved the car! Santos showed us the factory invoice and the price he quoted us as a Costco member was $200 above the price they paid...no haggling, pressure, or going to see what the manager thought of our offer...none of that game! Three hours after we arrived we drove off in our new Subaru Outback...absolutely no hassle at all. Santos was a great salesman, and the finance person was equally as courteous and competent. We highly recommend this dealership, they do a great job! More
