Product specialist Anthony Fregoso and Sales manager Travis Howard could not have been more pleasant, professional, and attentive throughout the process. I was trading in my 2012 CRV and they could not have made the transaction more pleasant! I would highly recommend the dealership to other buyers and I will spread the word among my friends! Be careful, this man is not trustworthy. Lies alot about colors not being available, claims prices are good only for a day (his common sales pitch). He will get you to focus only on the monthly payment, be careful with this man he has been in the business for a long time, he will hide all sorts of lucrative background payments and you will never know. He will manipulate you to practically get any monthly payment you want by offering to extend a car loan or low-ball you on the trade in. I have been in the business for many years as well and this is one of the most profitable sales tactics. He will quote you a very low price on the trade ins ALWAYS negotiate on the actual price of the vehicle, he will test you to see if you are a sucker. This is what he does, he will try to make you question the value of your vehicle from the start. Beware! He will not honor his offer when you bring your vehicle in, he will do everything to scam you, he will try to get you into the showroom to wear you down this is his goal. Due to the confusing nature of leasing he will change the numbers on you in the contract and literally LIE and STEAL money from you, ironic for a christian isn't it(thou shall not steal from thy neighbors?). There will always be errors in the paperwork, and ALWAYS to his advantage, funny how that is isn't it? Errors will be around agreed purchase price, loan payment, down payment, anything. He will suck every penny he can. Ive also had friends lease cars from him at full price because they don't know it is up for negotiation so they end up playing full price! RIP. He will also try to confuse you by mixing the price of the car, trade in value and monthly transactions into a single payment, this is a common tactic, beware. Dont pay for his special fabric protection and all of that it is all a scam for additional dealer profit. He also had the courage to show me the interest rate as a fraction(money factor) to confuse me, luckily I am no idiot and can convert to a % interest rate easily easily. If you dont read the lease agreement he will screw you by hiding useless addons such as pin stripping, paint and fabric protection, service contract, as well as extended warranties . Also make sure to check the agreement carefully and make sure Bruce is not double charging you for your first payment. Bruce has been known to have a bad reputation around town, as a car salesman and a landlord. Beware he is not a good guy and a hypocrite . I would not have posted this otherwise.. More

After much online research, I decided a H Driving from Klamath Falls to Eugene a couple times each month, I needed to have a more fuel-efficient car. After much online research, I decided a Honda Accord is what I wanted. I found several Certified Pre-Owned Accords, within a 200 mile radius of Klamath Falls, but was very happy that I could get what I wanted, right here at home! David was a wealth of knowledge, about the car and its features, and made shopping local a very easy decision for me. I've only had the car for a week now, but so far, I'm loving it! More

"Great Dealership And Exceptional People To Work With!!" We recently moved to Klamath Falls (Sept. 2015). We came in to have our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced last December. We asked if we could speak with someo We recently moved to Klamath Falls (Sept. 2015). We came in to have our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced last December. We asked if we could speak with someone about our lease that would expire in February. We were introduced to Will Newman. Best thing that happened for us. Will has been great to work with. He explained the options with our lease and what would be the best for us. We decided to lease a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Will helped us get an extension on our 2014 lease until the Ridgeline was delivered. Each time we came in to talk with Will he never made us feel rushed. Will introduced us to Travis Howard, the General Sales Manager and Ron Settlemire, the Finance Manager. They were also great to work with. On our first visit with Will the Managing Partner, Blake Underriner, even took the time to stop and say hello. Klamath Falls Honda is a family owned business. Will and the staff made us feel like part of their family. We highly recommend Will Newman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
