First off, let me start this review off by stating I am a very very indecisive person. With that said my mother and I stopped in at Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent. We dealt with a very knowledgable Salesman named Roscoe.. He was very patient with the constant bickering of us and the fact that it started down pouring. Through all of that, he still showed us quite a few different models and was satisfied with the service, just couldn't get my mom to agree on one.
