Took my 2103 Focus ST in to have a Ford TSB performed and for my 5,000 mile inspection. As always Kim takes very good care of me and is very courteous and kind. We first bought a used Chevy Cobalt from Ty and right off the bat, he was very friendly and personable. He understood that we were on a budget and was more than happy to work with us on the price. Unfortunately, the Chevy seemed to be a lemon and in the span of a month, the Chevy had problem after problem. Both Ty and the Klaben service department were very responsive and serviced the Chevy in a timely manner. The third time we took the Chevy in for an engine check, Ty was ready to help us get rid of the lemon. We were able to get all of our money back from the Chevy and he found us a certified pre-owned Ford Focus to replace it. I am very happy with my new Ford and with Ty's excellent help. Walked in to Klaben Ford and was met by Gene Grabiec in sales. A no pressure type of salesman who showed me the 2013 Mustangs in stock. After meeting Mike Cooney during my husband's purchase I was impressed, but not entirely won over yet. We needed to purchase another car for my family and I wanted to look around.
