I bought a new Mustang GT convertible for my wive and the whole dealer experience was A++. Jeff, our sales guy, did a great job in helping us ordering the perfect vehicle. To proof our full satisfaction I ordered another new vehicle (Jeep) for me and had my buddy buy his Flex there as well. Another very important thing to me is the service department. Since I ordered a couple goodies for Mustang and also had a little faux pas with one of the wheels - I already dealt with Klabens service department twice. Both Mike and Kim did an outstanding job. When I came to Klaben, I was in search of a good vehicle (good mileage, solid car, with some amenities, and of course a price in my budget). I came in to see the selection both new and used vehicles. He had to figure out different numbers and worked with his boss to get us a deal that was affordable to me and my budget. I had come in just to look and get prices, but ended up leaving in a brand new Ford focus. He took the time to go over all the features and answer my many questions. Don Cheatwood was my salesman and he did an excellent in meeting all of my needs. He took the time to thoroughly explain all I wanted to know about the dashboard since it was so different from my previous meeting all of my needs. He took the time to thoroughly explain all I wanted to know about the dashboard since it was so different from my previous Fusion. I never had the phone feature and he made sure I knew how to use it. I preferred a different color vehicle than what was in stock and he took the time to locate a Fusion in the silver color I preferred. I also was treated very well by Kenny King. He explained the various ways I could purchase the car and suggested what would be the best way for me in my situation. Overall my experience with Klaben's Ford and Lincoln was excellent.
