I recently leased a 2014 Ford Focus from Klaben Ford in Kent. When I went to the dealership to look at models, I had no intention of signing on the dotted line that day. Not only was Doug personable, he was knowledgeable about the cars he sells and it felt very comfortable dealing with him and Klaben Ford. When it came to the paperwork, Christie Klaben in the Finance department was very thorough in explaining to me the terms of the lease. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. More

Mona was my service rep, and she did a great job explaining the issue on my car, and updating me on the status of the work, price, etc... I recently have had a lot of problems with my van and needed a dependable vehicle to get back and forth to work not to mention transporting my mother around for her medical care. I started out applying for a loan at a neighboring dealership. That did not turn out so well considering I went through a divorce several years back that affected my credit immensely. That with the fact that I had little money to work with and starting a new job did not help matters at all. Well after being told there that they couldn't help me, I did not stop. I went to another neighboring dealership and a couple of buy here pay here places. At my wits end and ready to give up, I called Klaben and spoke to Ty Davis. Not once did he sound hesitant or negative about my situation. I met him that day and he went on a "scavenger hunt" to find me financing. Needless to say I left there with not only a dependable car that I could afford but a wonderful sense of satisfaction. I was treated with Kindness buy him and the other employees there. He was sensitive to my needs and refused to give up until he found me something. I would Highly recommend everyone to stop there and talk to Ty before looking somewhere else. More
