I had been to many other dealers in the area to look at Ford Edges, and left immediately or didn't return simply due to the fact the salesperson was horrendous. I was looking to replace my 13 year old SUV and decided to look at the Explorer even though it was more vehicle that I needed and more money than I wanted to spend. Doug Carter showed me the new Escape and I was pleasantly surprised on how much it had been changed. It is EXACTLY the size I need & I chose it over the Explorer. Not only is it the right size for me but I saved a lot of money by not buying more SUV than I really needed.
