My son is in the Navy stationed in South Carolina. He recently had an accident and the insurance company totaled his car. We discussed the situation with Don Batten and instantly realized that he understood our situation since his kids are in the military as well. I feel that Don gave us the best deal possible under the circumstances and did an excellent job of explaining our options. He also went above and beyond to help make things easier.
