Right from the get-go, and throughout our whole transaction, there were no hard sell tactics. It was clear to me that Mr. Boyles was genuinely invested in helping me determine whether this was the correct vehicle choice for me. I was already quite confident about the quality of the vehicle, due to it being dealer certified. Even so, if Mr. Boyles had been phony or pushy in any way, I would have politely gone on my way. Mr. Boyles thoroughly reviewed pricing options with me and the value of my trade-in. He made the entire process as convenient as possible, including providing Klaben bags for me to use in transferring items to my new car. I really like the ford Fusion, I took a road trip in one and felt I had to have one. The staff assisted me in making this deal possible, and was very friendly, and courteous, and made sure that I understood and felt I had to have one. My husband and I have been captivated by the Ford Fusion for several years now, and so, when our lease ended on another brand car, we decided to check the Fusion out. We are glad we did! The Fusion is great car -- more technology, roomier, just a terrific car. But what really sealed the deal for us was the quality of the people at Klaben Ford. Tom Nicodemus, with an assist by Jeff Tetreault, was great. Tom was ready to greet us when we arrived for our appointment. I think what really set him apart was that he was a great listener. Never being too aggressive or pushy in any way, he answered every question and was able to help us make the right connection based on what he heard us say. Jeff (JT) was also right on top of his job all the way. The two of them made the process easy -- and even enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing Tom Nicodemus when our lease is up in three years. Klaben is a great dealership in every way that I could see. More
