Klaben has excellent service. Ty Davis was very friendly and patient with us. He was able to meet our needs by bringing the car to us since our Grandfather was not feeling well. He was able to give advice and information and details about the car that turned the tide as far as which car we were going to choose based on our unique situation. He made the lease end process very easy and took the work out of having to search from dealer to dealer endlessly. Ty Davis is the first salesman we have met to break the five star scale where five is the best you can get. Enough said. I was not sure if I should classify this as a service or sales rating...we took our 2012 Escape in for it's 30K mile service, Kim set us up and we went to the customer lounge to relax. We had our free coffee and treats, watched a little bit of news and decided to take a walk to the new car lot. Dave Mott sold us our 2012 Escape, that was a great experience so we stopped in to say Hello, he took a walk with us and we looked at the new and improved 2013 Escapes. Before we knew it, Dave was writing us up a deal!! We were able to trade in 2 of our "extra" vehicles and got a fair trade in price. Once again Klaben Ford met all of our needs, service and sales, with the professionalism and courtesy. I cannot say enough about Kim Wolfram in service and Dave Mott in sales, of course I would recommend Klaben, I am a repeat customer!! More

My initial visit to Klaben on Saturday, June 8th was to take a look at possibly getting into a used F150. We had spent the entire morning looking at used cars at other dealerships, and had pretty much mad take a look at possibly getting into a used F150. We had spent the entire morning looking at used cars at other dealerships, and had pretty much made up my mind (but not the wife’s) that I was going to settle for a used car from another dealership. Earlier we had left that dealership, to discuss everything over lunch, had lunch and were on our way back to the other dealership, when the wife decided lets at least take a look at the F-150s (something I have always wanted, and maybe someday will have). Pull into the lot, and just looking at what was on the lot (used) and Todd walked up to us, and was very courteous and respectful of our time – asked if there was anything he could do for us, told us to look around and if we had any questions to let him know. I really appreciated that approach, no rushing, no pressure and not being STALKED. So, I asked about the F150 used/new/lease options and after sitting with Todd and going over the numbers, I knew it wasn’t right for me and the family at the time, nothing against Klaben or the F150 just not in our numbers for many reasons. So, I was ready to walk out and go get my used car (from the other dealership).—But, Todd, asked if we thought about a Ford Fusion and he mentioned the special that was running (again no pressure, just mentioned it). So, we decided sure we can take a look at it. He spoke highly of the vehicle and we decided sure – We looked, we took it for a test drive (the whole family)and well we took it home (not that quickly, but it sure felt like it-compared to previous experiences at other dealerships). Everyone at Klaben that we came in contact with that day, just made us feel like we were at the right place. Todd and I believe Jennifer (sorry if that is wrong, I am not good with names) – extended their day to take care of us, and though I felt terrible that they did this, they were consistently telling me no worries they were just happy to have us as a customer and a new member of the Klaben family. Now, I have been to other places where people say that, but I truly knew they were NOT just words, and that they truly meant it. Jennifer went over all the forms with the wife and myself, and answered all the questions that we had regarding the forms and the lease. THANK YOU!!! So, we spent Sunday, driving around in our new 2013 Fusion and loving it. Our experience with Klaben and especially Todd was a great experience. My salesman Glenn Griffith was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I bought a brand new vehicle from 500 miles away and Glenn made this a great and worry free experience for me. Took my 2103 Focus ST in to have a Ford TSB performed and for my 5,000 mile inspection. As always Kim takes very good care of me and is very courteous and kind.
