My salesman at Klaben Ford was Doug Carter. My entire experience was very pleasant and although I gave him a VERY complicated situation to work with - he came through where other dealers and salesmen had failed. In October 2012 I acquired a Lincoln MKX at Klayben, selected after a very bad service experience at another dealer. My Executive Assistant needed a replacement for her 2006 Chrysler 300 see owned. She researched the Ford/Lincoln product line and selected a Ford Taurus LTD-AWD. My business operates in the Snow Belt - I advised her only to consider AWD for safety concerns. After my own very positive experience at Klayben with Matt Hryb in 2012 Klayben in Kent was a natural selection.Many times these days a salesman makes a pitch and then the Service department either makes or breaks the important "return purchase". Matt and Klayben together ensured our visit there. We viewed a very nicely equipped Taurus Ltd-AWD and then looked at Lincoln MKZ and MKS models. An MKS-AWD was selected and test driven with Matt Hryb and Roscoe Woodberry - an excellent demo , especially on the complicated voice command system. Onto the negotiation. I presented a very sharp pencil outline of my expected "deal" with very specific parameters. The selected car had more options than required and my parameters of the deal were intently listened to. The offer made met my expectations extremely closely so it obviously gave all parties what was needed. Paperwork was expedited smoothly and quickly and then onto vehicle orientation, again expertly carried out. It was her Birthday Week so we left Klayben with her new very well received and appreciated MKS. More
