I began my search for the vehicle I wanted, online; knowing exactly what i was looking for. Having located a potential match at Klaben Ford, I emailed them for further details, not expecting much in t knowing exactly what i was looking for. Instead of the expected "form letter" email response, i got a phone call from Doug Carter, salesman. He talked with me to find out both my wants and needs and never once did he push me toward a purchase or try to change my mind. His level of sales professionalism immediately stood out to me. After several conversations, I made the decision based primarily on two things: Doug Carter's ability to connect with me, and the quality of the vehicle being offered. I have been turned off many times by arrogant, self serving salesmen simply looking for a quick score. Doug made all the difference. I will gladly drive the three hour distance to purchase other vehicles from him and have already recommended him to several friends. Well done! More
