We were very pleased on how Tom helped us get a new car. I had visited many dealerships over last few days trying to trade my 2013 Crew cab Chevy Silverado as I found it was the wrong vehical for me, and NO ONE!!! NOT A ONE!!! of the other dealerships even tried to trade my 2013 Crew cab Chevy Silverado as I found it was the wrong vehical for me, and NO ONE!!! NOT A ONE!!! of the other dealerships even tried to work with me to Trade it in.. In particular Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls sealed the deal when they jerked me around, waiting all day, DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY TRUCK, and said no, cant do anything for you.. I was headed home, feeling like I was saddled with a vehical that I chose incorrectly on, when I saw Klaben in Kent, and they had several Lincoln MKX's on the lot.. I stopped in at 5:50 PM on saturday, 10 Min before closing, and met Todd Boyles... He advised me they were about to close, but was very willing to help me out anyway.. I test drove a one of the lincolns I liked, and him and the staff tryed to get the Financing done right then, but other institutions had already called it a weekend.. So I had to complete on monday.. Monday Morning, I received a call from Todd, bright and early.. and he knew my situation and suggested a 2013 Edge SEL, that was New rather than the used one, because it more closely fit what I was looking for.. I was sceptical but went back to look anyway.. When I got in, I was blown away.. He got me into the BRAND New one, with WAY more options , (NAV, SYNC, and way too much to list) for about $150 less a month, and a shorter term, (thanks to Fords Finance team who were wonderful also).. I asked if he really thought I could get into that vehical, and he said and I quote " I wouldn't have called you and told you about it, if we didnt already have an approval and OK's" To Me, that was something I havent seen at a dealership.. TRUE Honesty.. He didnt lead me any direction, he assisted me, and gave me options.. He also didnt give me a run around, He told me what I can and could not do, without leading me on a pipe dream just to get hopes up then disappointed in the end.. and the best part is he actually tried to HELP me, not just sell what the flavor of the week is.. Usually the worst part of any transaction is when you go to me the finance people.. But I must say that the Wonderful Lady who I worked with there, who unfortunatly her name slips my mind.. Went over EVERY DETAIL, didn't just say, heres your papers, sign them.. She explained everything and told me seperate options I could choose from for warrent, services etc.. Not trying to push a back end sale, but explained them and gave me choices.. After a truely happy experience with Finance, I met again with Todd, he walked me out to my New 2013 Ford Edge SEL, and spent probably way to long explaining the various options and how they work.. I have NEVER been treated so Nice, and truely helped, rather than shuffled at a dealership in my life.. This shop is top notch in my book, and you may think you can't get out from a vehical you don't want, or in some cases cant afford, I want to tell you to go to Klaben.. Every situation is different, but the way they Helped me, and I was seriously underwater with the Chevy I had.. (look at 2013 new silverado prices, and what they are going for now.. You will puke when you see how they lost their value) They showed me they will do everything they can to help you, and help you get what you want, not just shuffled through.. Go to them, and ask for Todd or Dan, I assure you, you will have a great experience without all the BS that usually happens.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DEALERSHIP AAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++ More

My husband and I were thinking about purchasing a new vehicle and we received a call from Tom letting us know about the great deals they had going on with the 2013 F-150's. The first weekend he called we were not able to make it in but he also called the following weekend to remind us that there were still great deals going on and that we should come check them out. We are really glad that we did! We wound up purchasing a new truck that we both love. Through the entire process Tom was very welcoming and attentive. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The other quality we really appreciated is that if there was something he didn't know he was not afraid to go and find out. We feel like he truly had our best interest at heart. During the process we also worked with Buddy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Together they went over the truck with us and reassured us numerous times that if we ever had any questions or issues to not hesitate to come back and see them and they would get everything taken care of for us. Purchasing a new vehicle is an important decision and we have not regretted a single thing about our experience.
