Went to ford just to look at the f150 which has always been my dream truck. Wasn't expecting to buy having a fusion that still had an amount to paid on. He also worked his hardest to get the payment down to where I was comfortable with and made sure at all times when he was running around with other duty's to make sure we were always comfortable and didn't need anything. Buddy was a great salesman not pushy and very understanding at all times regardless if its in his favor or not. I would recommend Buddy and Klaben to anyone looking into buying a car. I am now currently leasing a brand new f150 and I am completely in love and completely satisfied with the service I got. Klaben, Buddy, and the whole staff is very welcoming and absolutely amazing! I live in Cleveland, oh and kent is about an hour drive. I would definitely consider and recommend this dealership for a new car purchase. More

I came into the dealership with my grandmother, not expecting to purchase a new car. Tom may have been the only person in there that could have sold us a car.
