They made the process so fast and easy it was unbelievable l! Kenny and Dave both helped with paperwork to make it fast painless process. Not to mention they both had such a great sense of humor it made time fly! When my good friend Jeff Stull contacted me about his new job at Klaben, I told him to look out for a car as I was looking for something more economic When my good friend Jeff Stull contacted me about his new job at Klaben, I told him to look out for a car as I was looking for something more economical for work. My wife and I visited the Ford dealership to look at the new Focus, but a 2013 Ecoboost Fusion caught our eye and we took it for a test ride. I was really impressed with the power and options this car has and how helpful Jeff Stull and Buddy Moore were explaining operating instructions for lights, sun roof, SYNC, remote and much more. My wife and I really liked the car and decided to purchase and the sale went very smooth with no issues. Jeff sent the car to detail and they did an excellent job on the car inside and out, it really looked great when we took delivery. Buddy assisted setting up our iPhones over the Bluetooth and setting up the keyless entry. Great Group of People at Klaben!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Visited Klaben on a Saturday and test drove a couple vehicles with the help of Tom Nicodemus. At the time, the shop was closing up and and it was get Visited Klaben on a Saturday and test drove a couple vehicles with the help of Tom Nicodemus. At the time, the shop was closing up and and it was getting close to having to make a decision before everyone was calling it quits for the night. I wasn't ready to make a decision and I let Tom know that I needed more time. Tom respected my wishes gave me his phone number and email ID and we scheduled a time to swing by the dealership on Monday. However, my day got a way from me on Monday and I let Tom know that I couldn't make the dealership as scheduled. Again, instead of being pushing and trying to get me to buy a vehicle with phone calls, my time was respected and we rescheduled for Tuesday evening. I showed up Tuesday and Mike Cooney took over the sale because Tom was tied up with another client. Mike was another great guy and after I made my decision to buy a Ford F 150, Mike worked extraordinarily hard to get all the paperwork completed in a very prompt manner and Mikes attention to detail in explaining all facets of buying this vehicle from financing to driving the vehicle was amazing. I literally have never had service like that before at a car dealership! I will definitely buy from them again. Additionally, I will be taking another one of my cars to their service department instead of who I usually go to as a result of the service Tom and Mike provided.
