I had a great experience working with Bob Paytas. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and the options. In fact, I started out with the intent to purchase one vehicle, but because of his support very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and the options. In fact, I started out with the intent to purchase one vehicle, but because of his support and that of the overall dealership, my wife and I ended up leasing on car and purchasing another. We even had to go through the (usually) difficult experience of trading in our cars, but Klaben and Bob were particularly flexible and helped us come up with a win for both sides. Klaben sold the vehicles, and in each case we got great prices and customer service. I bought a 2013 Ford Focus ST from Klaben and have to say it was the most stress free purchase I have ever made. I worked with two salesman Doug Carter and Roscoe Woodberry II and cant say enough about these two guys. I also worked with the finance dept in order to obtain a loan. The whole place is set up around customer service and they will treat you right. No pressure, upfront and straight forward, and will give you the best price around. Go see these guys and tell them Robert who bought the ST sent you. More

I was in the market for a Truck.. Bob was nice and all smiles at first. he kept beating around the bush about answering questions i had. Plus a head light was out, and he said i could get those at a store called,auto zone 5 bucks. acting like i didnt know where to get a head light. I could just tell he was not in the mood to be at work that day, and it showed. plus he kept taling on the phone to someone about a vacation plans.. So i spent my $28,500 at classic in rt 14.. they were nice and seemed to want to sell trucks.... More

This dealership sold me the worst car I've ever owned. There's a good distinction to have! And, they lied about it--they told me that the Escort was "traded in" by an owner for a new car. When I asked his/her name, so that i could contact them in order to continue the rustproofing warranty, they told me they would do it for me, as a "service". I called back repeatedly, as Klaben never got the information. Finally, they told me they had gotten ahold of the guy but he had lost the information. Fast forward a year or so--a guy walks up to me and asked me how I liked my Escort (it was one with a distinctive package so he recognised it). He then told me he had wholesaled the car to Klaben Ford--and I later found out it was in a bad accident (pre CarFax days). So its a great dealership if you like being fed a lot of crap. And getting them to do warranty work nearly required an act of Congress. My seat broke away fromt he floor and was covered under a recall--it was very difficult to get them to fix it. The car was a total piece of junk, but we aren't rating the car, so I wont go there. More
