Great Experience I have never leased a vehicle, and I was very nervous about it. I had been looking at Toyota and Chevy Trucks prior to walking into Ford and my exper I have never leased a vehicle, and I was very nervous about it. Wrong Turn I went to the Klaben dealership in Warren because I saw on the internet web page Kent had 2 E-250s on the lot with low mileage.Warren Klaben printed m I went to the Klaben dealership in Warren because I saw on the internet web page Kent had 2 E-250s on the lot with low mileage.Warren Klaben printed me up a page of the one remaining van Kent had and gave me directions to Kent. When I got to Klaben Kent I turned into what I thought was the used car lot. As it turned out it wasn't the used car lot yet and they were moving cars there to reseal their new car lot.This is where I met Mike Cooney he told me what was going on and asked if I needed any help. Mike was just there helping the guy's place the cars.I told him that I needed a new work truck and Mike jumped in mine took me to where we needed to go and that morning I was driving back to Youngstown to empty out my 2001 E-250.Mike took great care of me was easy to talk to and treated me like I like to treat my customers,very fair and very honest.I hope Mike will still be there in 10 or so years when I will need another work van.
