Further, I'd already been to MANY other dealers, from Stow to Akron to Cleveland, so I did what I should've done in the first place; despite my historical distaste for Ford cars, I went to Klaben Ford, based solely on a single past experience with them that went really well (I just found a car I liked better). I explained to Gene G that I was a "problem child" who no one wanted to finance. Gene took offense to the way I had been treated by other dealers and set out to get me in a car I would like, based on the information about my favorite car ever (mentioned above). He was absolutely awesome and in a couple short hours, Gene not only put me in a brand new car (that's right, I leased a Ford!), my first ever, he also showed me what had been done to my credit by the other dealers (one dealer ran my credit 15 times in one day!), Klaben Ford ran it ONCE), very clearly explained what I could get, gave me CHOICES, and even helped me return my rental! AND I can get my car washed whenever?! I am more than impressed by this dealership! As for my first Ford Focus, well, it took me this long to write a review because I've been out enjoying my new car! I am now a huge Ford fan! I can't thank Gene G enough...I truly can't! All I can do is say THANK YOU GENE G! YOU made me more than happy and simultaneously turned me into a Ford lover...and keep installing the awesome stereos Ford, that's the one thing, before my new Focus, that I've ALWAYS known Fords have - awesome stereos! It also deserves noting, I am a person who has had over twenty accidents and totalled five+ cars, I feel safer in my Focus than I've EVER FELT! Bless all of you at Klaben Ford for helping Gene to put me in a car! I love it!! More

recent purchase I have purchased six F150 trucks from Klaben. My salesman has been promoted so he recomended Rosco to handle my purchase. Rosco took care of my needs and was patient we all my questions as we looked at various options. We finally located the vehicle I wanted at another dealership and I had it in 3 days. Each time I purchase a truck I go to another dealership that is closer to my home, but I always leave them felling as if they think I know nothing. I drive right past it to get to Klaben. Everything is laid out for me in clear terms and I am able to make my decision without any pressure. This may well be the last truck I buy, but if there is another in the future Rosco will be the salesperson. More

We found a 2014 Focus Hatchback, I liked the looks and color. We actually called Tex Welch on his cell phone Sunday morning and asked him to hold the car. On Monday morning he went to work and held car till I could get there. I went in drove the car, and picked it up on Wednesday morning. Tex Welch made everything easy, car wash washed and full of gas when I picked it up. Would recommend anyone buying a Ford at Klaben to talk to Tex, he is very helpful and will make sure everything is done right. More
