My day spent at Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio I haven't Leased a car in probably 10 years with my husband who retired from Ford, My husband passed away in 2008 and many things have happened since I haven't Leased a car in probably 10 years with my husband who retired from Ford, My husband passed away in 2008 and many things have happened since then that brought my credit rating down, in the last few years I've been trying to bring it back up so I could Lease a car again, and have a dependable car all the time. So when I decided to go to Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio I was really nervous doing all this without my husband with me, so when I walked in there was a kind face extending his hand to welcome me, his name was Gene Grabiec, he made me feel like one of the family there, all my fears went away and I felt really relaxed, we test drove two Ford Escapes, I felt comfortable getting in and out of them, did I tell you I was 61 years old, very easy to slide in and out of, while I test drove Gene explained all the gadgets in the car to me, I was amazed, we went back to the dealership to begin the financing part, lol I was nervous again, but Gene brought me a cup of coffee and talked to me while the finance people did their thing in the back, my nervousness went away once more, after awhile he went to check and came back with good news, I finally had a new car to drive home.
