My salesman J.T. was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgable regarding the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. I really appreciated the time he spent with me and the fact that I never felt pressured. The day after I leased the car J.T. contacted me to see how I was enjoying my Escape and if I had any questions. He also encouraged me to contact him or come in if I had any concerns at a later date. Love the Lincoln MKZ I spend a large portion of my time during the week in my car for the work commute and I was looking for better gas mileage and a comfortable ride.
