Hear me out - having recently graduated college and about to start my career, I made the decision to purchase my first car. I spent over a month test driving several vehicles and visiting numerous dealerships around the area on top of extensive research on the make/model I wanted. I was all set on purchasing a Ford from another local dealer until my dad recommended I take a trip down to Klaben Ford in Kent. I had no intention of purchasing a car from this dealer until I met Doug and the team at Klaben Ford. Doug was extremely respectful, patient, and no-nonsense (as a young college grad many other dealerships did not take me serious - offering ridiculous quotes and withholding rebates). I had seen many quotes on the vehicle I wanted, but the very first quote Doug offered me not only was the best quote I had received, but it was for a better model! Doug put together a package that was even better than I had anticipated. His 20+ years of experience proves that he is able to determine what a customer not only wants but what is best for them.
