When I came to Klaben, I was in search of a good vehicle (good mileage, solid car, with some amenities, and of course a price in my budget). I came in to see the selection both new and used vehicles. He had to figure out different numbers and worked with his boss to get us a deal that was affordable to me and my budget. I had come in just to look and get prices, but ended up leaving in a brand new Ford focus. He took the time to go over all the features and answer my many questions.
