In fact, he was actually the reason that we returned to shop at Klaben after more than a decade or two: Roscoe responded to my initial inquiry via email at 6:28 a.m. the following morning! [Other dealer's salespersons waited as much as 2-3 days to answer me.] He helped us decide to lease a vehicle rather than purchase one. I certainly would let Roscoe sell me another car and recommend him to any prospective buyers around, especially to females. Being elderly, I can say that over the years, I've had had some bad experiences at other dealerships where they seemed not to want to deal or sell to a woman. Klaben's Roscoe Woodberry is an equal opportunity salesperson! I was also impressed with Roscoe's command of the modern technology the new Lincoln's are loaded down with. He seems to have empathy with those of us who are a bit slow in this area. More
