Great first time car buyer experience! This was the first time I bought a car from a dealership. I was nervous at first but my salesman Danny Sawyer was great!! He never made me feel like This was the first time I bought a car from a dealership. I was nervous at first but my salesman Danny Sawyer was great!! He never made me feel like he was pressuring me to buy any certain car or push me more towards a certain price range. He listened to my many opinions about cars and what I did and didn't like. Not once did he say I shouldn't do this or that or ever make me feel like I was making a wrong decision. I'm extremely happy with my Ford Escape and I will definitely go back there for my next car! "Outstanding Salesman " - Dan Peters I just recently leased a 2014 Lincoln MKX and it is actually my eighth car that I have leased from Dan. I am very pleased with Dan as a salesman, he I just recently leased a 2014 Lincoln MKX and it is actually my eighth car that I have leased from Dan. I am very pleased with Dan as a salesman, he is always very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of all of the Fords/Lincoln's that I have purchased. Dan remembers all the little things that his customers like in their cars, and he also remembers their favorite colors "mine happens to be red". Dan has always went the extra mile for me offerering to come and pick up my spare keys to delivering some extra ordered equipment. I would and have recommended Dan and Klaben to others, I have my Mom leasing from Dan and also my cousin and all of us are very pleased with Dan. I also have to give a Excellent to Andy because he has always been very kind and helpful to me and made sure that all my needs were met financially. I also would like to say that I bring my cars back to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations and everyone in the service department is also very kind and considerate. Overall I will be returning to Klaben at the end of this lease because of the great services that I have recieved in the past. More
