Mike Brandvold has gone out of his way to troubleshoot problems, coordinate services & loaner transportation and in general, do his level best to keep us up-to-date with Ford's release(s) to improve the performance of the vehicle. He's the best part of the dealership and the only reason we're still driving that vehicle -- if not for him, we would have traded it long ago! More
