We decided to look at both Ford/Lincoln and GM vehicles. Since we purchased the 2010 Hybrid from Doug Beavers at Klaben Ford, and were happy with the experience, we phoned him and told him our plan. Over the next few weeks he showed us several new vehicles. At each meeting he was friendly, prepared, and very thorough in explaining each car’s features and helping us judge whether they would be suitable, have great visibility and be comfortable for us older senior citizens. Moreover, Doug explained the financial details and answered questions fully. He is a superb salesman – knowledgeable, friendly, and truly helpful. And, he was not pushy. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we give him the highest ratings.
