They has the car ready for us when we got there, not waiting around. Our salesman Roscoe took the time to go over all the bells and whistles with us so we could get the most from our test drive. The Fusion was such fun and drove like a dream - the heated seats were my favorite feature. When I returned the car, they had washed my car AND cleaned the inside - even topped off my gas tank!! The dealership isn't the closest one to me but the drive is worth it. He takes the hassle out of car buying and is such a pleasure to work with that it makes the whole experience better.
