Everyone expects to deal with car salesmen that promise the world to get you in there, and then you spend your entire day trying to get the car you like at the price you can afford, and most of the time you end up walking out frustrated. Well, not today! We had the easiest and smoothest car buying experience....ever!!! They were very accommodating, prepared, and quick to get the paperwork taken care of, and we all know how long just that part takes. We told them what we wanted and what we were able to afford, and it was taken care of, and we are very appreciative. Of all the vehicles my husband and I have owned in the course of our lives, this experience with Klaben has been the absolute best experience ever. I will continue to let everyone I know and meet that if you want the best car buying experience, then they need to purchase their next vehicle at Klaben Ford and have Tim Sterling be their sales representative. Once Again! I have been dealing with Klaben Ford and Mike Cooney for many years. Never a pushy over the top salesmen, he informs me of my options, and together we pick what's best for me. I trust him completely to help me, I trust that he cares more about my needs and situations above and goals or statistics, he may need to fill. The paperwork runs through quickly and without problems. He values my time and schedule and I appreciate that. This last visit enabled me to purchase something far beyond what I had imagined I could do and I could not be happier. I worked with Dave Mott to term out a lease and that took all of about 3 minutes of my time. He had everything ready to go for me. A couple of signatures and that task was off my "end of year' to do list. On my replacement purchase, Christine Klaben worked with me for the financing and title work. She was very informative and explained all the items I needed to sign and I trusted her recommendations on extended warranty options. Together we found what worked for me. All the while keeping in mind getting the most benefit without raising my payment out of my budget. This purchase had some financing issues that were much different from my prior purchases and I have to thank Rich Klaben for taking the time to personally sit down with me and giving me options and offers that were best for me. He gave me his word, that something could be worked out and he kept it. He personally made it happen to my advantage. It is not often that someone at the top of a large dealership gets so personally involved. I can not express enough my gratitude for his help. As far as I am concerned, There is no other auto dealers out there, Klaben is my first and foremost choice. I would recommend them all day, everyday, Top of the Line. More

Total professional and friendly experience for a new car I drove one hour from my home to see for myself what Klaben Lincoln/Ford was all about, even though there are three other Lincoln dealers much closer I drove one hour from my home to see for myself what Klaben Lincoln/Ford was all about, even though there are three other Lincoln dealers much closer to my home. I had a 2003 Lincoln Town Car that I just loved and could not see trading it in for a new car. I looked up the sales staff on the Klaben Web-Site and liked the reviews I saw for Mike Cooney. Contacted Mike by email, made an appointment to come and see him and the dealership. I was just blow away with the professional and friendly experience. Mike introduced me to Mr. Klaben and you can see why the dealership is totally customer oriented. Mike showed me a 2016 Lincoln MKC and we went for a test drive. I was impressed. My wife is disabled and did not make the one hour trip to Klaben lincoln. Mike offered and did bring the car to our home the next day. This was great for my wife who found it much easier for her to get in and out with her conditions. We talked price for the new car and trade for my Town Car. The deal was fantastic. Bought the car and pick it up the next day just in time for Christmas. This was a total great experience and not at all like the experience I had from other dealerships over the years.
