I decided to visit here because it is closer than Auto Nation Ford, where we have purchased from before, I also read some great reviews and saw a couple of trucks I wanted to view. Nate Bryant approached me and was very professional and friendly. I looked at a couple trucks and told him that I would need to come back with my wife. A few days passed and he called to see if were still interested, We both visited after Christmas and test drove a couple different Explorer's. We found one we liked and started the car leasing process. My wife had plenty of questions. Nate was very patient and answered them all, if he wasn't sure he made sure he found out. We are very happy with our new 2016 Explorer XLT and would like to say Thank You to Nate Bryant for all of his efforts. Nate B. made this an enjoyable experience! More

Far exceeded expectations! I had a very unique experience, in that I purchased a certified car from another dealer, and shortly after taking possession, began to think the certi I had a very unique experience, in that I purchased a certified car from another dealer, and shortly after taking possession, began to think the certification hadn't been done. I contacted Lincoln customer service, and they agreed to have it re-certified and let me choose which dealer. I chose Klaben. It didn't take long to determine that a laundry list of items needed attention, but Lincoln wasn't willing to cover them all with the CPO warranty. (A big part of this was hidden damage to the front bumper and headlight.) It was a quandry. The selling dealer didn't want to step up, and the Lincoln CS rep couldn't, so it looked like we were going to be left holding the bag. Tom (Svc Mgr.) discussed this with Mr. Klaben and they decided to fix my car, and recover what they could from Lincoln after the fact. Wow. I'd never heard of a dealer stepping up like this, and Tom said it's because they're living the Lincoln motto to "..take care of the customer...". Thank you Klaben for making my holiday better! More
