Respectful Car Dealer I was shopping for a Ford Mustang, new. I did buy it from Klaben Ford because they were the dealership where I felt the most appreciated and, unlike I was shopping for a Ford Mustang, new. I did buy it from Klaben Ford because they were the dealership where I felt the most appreciated and, unlike at several other dealerships I visited before Klaben, they did not treat me like a blond or talk over me if my husband was present. I am a professional and it is very frustrating to shop for a car as a woman. The dealers assume you either don't have the power/money to buy the car on your own, you don't know anything about cars, and you do not understand the buying process. Some dealers flat out lied to me. I will never visit again a certain Ford dealership in Tallmadge, Ohio. I almost reported them to Ford. Different story at Klaben: Eben Wicks was the salesperson who handled my transaction. I highly recommend him. He is young, personable, and will go the extra mile to work with you. He has followed up with us since our purchase and we will definitely give him a chance to sell us our next car. More

Great dealership Nate our Salesmen is a good guy to work with although he could use a little more expeareance. Me and my wife each purchased vehicles and after I lease Nate our Salesmen is a good guy to work with although he could use a little more expeareance. Me and my wife each purchased vehicles and after I leased my new Explorer I realized that we could of done better on my wife's purchase. I love my new Explorer and it has all the features I could want I wish we were given the same opertunity when we settled for a vehicle for my wife that isn't as nice we weren't at that time shown all of our options rather showen a new vehicale that was basic with very little options on it. If I had to do it over again I would of leased her a vehicale similare or better then mine. Hopefully next time I will be given more options to work with. More

My family and I had encountered Klaben of Kent years ago when my father bought me my first car to go off to college...that car lasted long after graduation and was truly reliable. I entered Klaben knowing that I again was going to receive a great, realiable car! Joe was the first person who greeted me at the door and he had such a wonderful demeanor! Joe was not only a great salesperson, but also personable and made my car buying experience awesome!! I can't remember a time that Ive laughed so hard and had an overall good time buying a car! Joe made it seem like I was catching up with an old friend! Although I did have my mind set on a "luxury" vehicle, I still had not made my mind up to purchase a Lincoln. Joe and Mr. Bellian had assured me that I would not find another luxury vehicle like a Lincoln and at a great price. Lastly, both Joe and Mr. Bellian said they wanted me to become a part of the "Lincoln family". Surprisingly, I actually left Lincoln that day in search for something "better", but I will say, those words played in my head as I continued to shop around. I think we know how the story ends...Joe and Mr. Bellian not only made me an offer that I couldn't refuse, but made me feel that they valued me as a customer...spoke volumes! Even after my purchase, Joe even provided all of his contact info just in case I had any questions and or concerns about my new Lincoln! I truly can't say enough about Joe! He is an absolutely wonderful salesperson! I would tell ANYONE if they want a new Ford or Lincoln...see my man JOE :)!!! More
