Very Pleased! With one minor exception, I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a Ford Factory Certified Pre-Owned car. The staff were accommodating and e With one minor exception, I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a Ford Factory Certified Pre-Owned car. The staff were accommodating and efficient. Buddy Moore went out of his way to assist me in making the necessary out-of-state arrangements to come to Kent to make my purchase. Christine in finance was also clear, helpful and efficient. Things went very smoothly, considering the complications that distance and travel added. The one minor caveat was that I found two broken items on the vehicle, that had been checked off in the certification process, another minor door alignment adjustment needed, no owners manual, and a half-empty gas tank (Certification has specific standards), which means the service department was not 100% thorough and these things were overlooked (of the 172 items on the checklist). All items were easily dealt with after the fact, with help from Buddy and the parts department, so all was in balance given some other extra help provided; hence I remain very satisfied! Best of all they were all honest and straightforward, to a degree I have not encountered before in dealerships. I perceived integrity, and the wonderful absence of sales hype or "slickness" throughout each step of the process. More
