From the moment I walked in the door, I wasn't just a customer, I was treated like a friend by everyone there. There was never any pressure to make the purchase and based on what I was looking for, Phillip found the perfect car for me. He took the time to go over every detail of the sale and made sure I understood it all. Then when it came time to meet with Jenn from finance, he personally introduced me to her. The experience with Jenn was the same as it was with Phillip. She went over the details of financing the vehicle and additional service/warranty plans I could add. She never pressured me into choosing a certain plan, she simply recommended which one would be best for me. Because of Phillip and Jenn, I felt confident in each decision I was making. I knew I was being given the options that were the best for me and I wasn't given anything unnecessary. Finally, once all the paperwork was signed, Phillip gave me a few Klaben totes to clean out my old car. He even helped me move them to my beautiful new car and made sure I had gotten everything. Everyone at Klaben Ford Lincoln is professional and courteous. Even if they're just walking by you, they'll smile and say hello. It's hands down the best dealership I've been to. If you're in the market for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend Klaben and Phillip McCoy! Joe Bellian and Nate Bryant couldn't have been more attentive to our needs and kept us abreast of all that was going on during the entire sales process. When the day finally came for us to pick up the car it was a very pleasant experience. Our financing was handled in a very professional manner by Christine Klaben. She was knowledgeable and courteous and got us on the road in no time. Joe and Nate saw to it that the car was ready and looked fabulous when we were finished with Christine. They went over the entire car and explained and even set up features for my wife so it was easy for her to take advantage of all that the MKZ offered, which is a lot! I would have no hesitation recommending Klaben as a must visit when buying your next car. More

The next day I went to Klaben's website and picked out the car I thought would fit my budget better. I called Doug and he understood completely. He called me back in 20 minutes with an amount that was a perfect fit for me. I really can't find any fault with Doug Carter or Klaben as a whole. It was a wonderful experience. More

It all started when I had my 2008 Ford Fusion appraised on Klabens website. Ty called me the next day to see if he could be of any assistance to me. After calling me I let him know I was interested in another vehicle in stock and we set up a time for me to come look at it. Once arriving Ty had the vehicle ready and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. It was apparent to me Ty had been selling cars for quite some time because every step of the way he handled everything classy and professional. In the end we reached a deal and it worked out well for both parties. I have bought cars from other dealerships in the past but after my wonderful experience with Ty it makes it difficult to go elsewhere in the future.
