Great Experience!! I had my car in for service and found out that I needed extensive repairs. My Service Adviser Pat Sandy offered the option to check with the sales department to see if it might be time for a new car. My salesman Doug Carter and the owner Richard Klaben both met with me, discussed my options and spent quality time answering all of my questions. After a test drive and a night to sleep on it, I decided on a 2016 MKZ. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but Doug Carter made the transaction very easy by having me email needed information before I returned to save me time when picking up the car. I picked up my car on the last day of the month and the dealership was extremely busy, yet Jennifer Bowen took the time to go over my paperwork line by line and answered every question making me feel very comfortable and confident on what I was signing. This was the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a car! More
