Tina Kelly has been my service advisor since I leased my Jeep, two years ago. She is ALWAYS friendly, seemingly has all the time in the world to listen to what I need and then gets the service completed in Jeep, two years ago. The service department is great, no long waiting times. Tina always greets you with the work order, explains exactly what was completed and suggets what should happen in the next service visit. I recently welcomed a new addition into my family and we made the decision that my 2 door Wrangler wasn't going to work anymore for us. I was looking online at various dealership inventories of potential r made the decision that my 2 door Wrangler wasn't going to work anymore for us. I was looking online at various dealership inventories of potential replacement vehicles and I contacted Klaben via their website about a specific Unlimited Jeep Wrangler (4 door) that I was interested in. Tim Bagley replied back to my information request with professionalism and politeness and also in a very timely manner. I was later even more surprised to learn that he took the time to reply to me online even though it was a closed day off due to the holiday. We made arrangements for me to come see the Jeep the next day and when I pulled up, Tim had the Jeep ready and waiting keys in hand ready for a test drive! I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to make the deal work because I still owed considerably on my current 2 Dr Wrangler but Tim and Klaben offered me enough to pay it down in the trade. We didn't have to play any uncomfortable pricing games and it never got heated. Tim Bagley was the most professional, courteous, polite, and not encroaching dealership salesman that I have ever dealt with. Although it took a little bit of time to get everything in order and a quick trip to the bank for the down payment money, the staff at Klaben was very accommodating and I felt like I was amongst good people the whole time. The deal kept getting sweeter when the smoke had cleared because I was now leaving with the vehicle I needed, a lifetime Chrysler warranty, and payments that were lower than I had with my previous vehicle without a warranty. I get in the Jeep to drive away, and Tim had put a full tank of gas in it !!!! Tim Bagley is "the man" and Klaben Jeep Dodge Chrysler is "the dealership"! More

Tina can always find an appointment date that works for my ever changing work schedu center for the last 4 years because of one person - Tina Kelly. Tina can always find an appointment date that works for my ever changing work schedule. She provides an added touch of knowing me and my vehicle. On one occasion I came in and asked a simple question concerning problems I was having with lug nuts, and Tina went above and beyond by having them all replaced just under my warranty expiration.
