My husband and I had been searching for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with very specific features when we found a posting for one on Klaben's website. We were greeted by Jared (who I'm told is a new employee) who was extremely courteous as he showed us the facility and notified Andrew that we had arrived. We were quickly shown the Jeep we had come to see. Especially for a used car, I was quite impressed with how clean it was; all our friends say that it looks brand new inside and out! I know my husband and I had been tossed around a few times by a few other car dealerships in NE Ohio and I'm glad to say that everything felt comfortable and to-the-point at Klaben. Andrew did not put on any airs when he showed us the vehicle--and he knew how to operate every little mechanism, which we found impressive. The Jeep was everything we wanted so we got down to business. The whole "process", which is sometimes painful, was as smooth as I think it could possibly be.
