I hate car shopping. I love getting a new(er) car, but I absolutely hate the idea of dealing with an annoying salesman. Andrew met us and was eager to help us find what we wanted. He understood our needs and wants, he never tried to sell us something that we didn't need. The transaction went very smooth. I'd been shopping on the internet for a while and stopped in to Klaben one evening to look at a car I saw advertised, I normally would not buy on a first visit but this time was different. Let me explain reasons for my satisfaction It is an exceptional vehicle, from an outstanding dealership with an excellent staff. A good starting point is with salesman Don Jacobs, a person you will want to get to know; I've known and respected him for about 30 years. Don is the consummate professional in the vehicle sales field. Son Caleb is a quick study and is advancing well in all the qualities of a good salesman. Don is most knowledgeable, pleasant and professional to deal with. He will listen to your needs and expectations, answering any questions and patiently assist you in making a choice that you will be pleased with. This may lead to a vehicle in stock or an order that would best suit your wishes. Moving to the deal side, this will also be fair, honest, and non-pressured. You will find simply as good a deal or more likely better than anywhere else you could spend the time looking. Said simply, Don is an outstanding representative of the quality Klaben franchise and the way they do business and treat people. This has been family tradition beginning with the founder, the late Albert O. Klaben. The sales experience is a good and pleasant one. followed by equally excellent service. Let's not overlook the finance experience. Working with Financial Services Manager Brian Franklin was also an easy, efficient and relaxed experience. Wrapping up, I would highly recommend Don Jacobs and the entire Klaben team proudly and sincerely to anyone who want a hassle free vehicle purchase or lease. The experience there is designed and conducted in a manner to make you a fully satisfied customer, who will not only return for his/her next vehicle but feel good about recommending (sending or taking) a friend or relative there for the same experience. This is the second Chrysler we have purchased in 2013 from Andrew Bennett. The first was a Chrysler 200 convertible in April. He went out of his way to answer our questions and deal with any issues. The van was ready for us to look at when we got there---he had it serviced for us before we left the agency. The car was a certified used car and we are very happy with it. He helped me recover a CD that I left in the car we traded in.
