They both went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable with making this purchase explaining everything that would be involved including purchase price, the trade-in allowance, the interest rates, and we received copies of everything(whatever we signed and our current credit rating). Tina Kelly has been my service advisor since I leased my Jeep, two years ago. She is ALWAYS friendly, seemingly has all the time in the world to listen to what I need and then gets the service completed in Jeep, two years ago. The service department is great, no long waiting times. Tina always greets you with the work order, explains exactly what was completed and suggets what should happen in the next service visit.
