I stopped in to Klaben on Feb 13th in need of a newer , more reliable vehicle. I dealt with salesman Justin Bolen. He was very helpful presenting me with how the process works. My credit isn"t the best currently and he still managed to get me into a certified pre-owned 2012 Dodge Avenger with 8,500 miles for below book value. I was dreading going to any dealership to look for a new car. He made the process smooth and simple. I'd recommend Justin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

The entire experience from start to finish was great. My salesman, Andrew Bennett, was spectacular!!!!!! I had brought my best friend and her husband with me, both of who can be a little difficult in a goo salesman, Andrew Bennett, was spectacular!!!!!! I had brought my best friend and her husband with me, both of who can be a little difficult in a good way, and he was friendly and very caring to try and get me the best possible deal, even with the three of us harassing him (in a friendly way). I actually felt like he was a buddy of mine, as opposed to a salesman, after about an hour of working with him. This was my 4th vehicle I have purchased from this dealer, and after my experience with Andrew and the finance man, I will continue to do my vehicle purchasing with them and refer any of my friends or family looking for a vehicle to Andrew. Again, HE was absolutely wonderful and made a stressful day very pleasant. Thank you!!!!! More
