i accidentally drove into the wrong dealership. Gill met me there and told me to go to return to Klaben after I visited the other dealership and Klaben would treat me even better. Bata bata bing. From beginning to end I felt like family. Oh I need to tell that I was driving a Dealer car from another dealer. They gave me the car for 4 days to try it. I was under the impression it was a Journey Crew. Andrew pointed it out to me that it was a different model without putting down the other dealership. Kudos to Him. When I took the Car back to the other dealership, I told them I didn't want to purchase it because they led me to believe it was a CREW. All they said was "Oh". So I left and came back to KLABEN. When my husband and I went to Klaben, right off the bat Jared was right there to greet us. We had been to dealerships where the salesmen swarm you right away and are quite pushy to make a sale, but this ti Jared was right there to greet us. We had been to dealerships where the salesmen swarm you right away and are quite pushy to make a sale, but this time it was different. Jared was VERY polite and not pushy at all. I was in the market for a new car, but wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Jared listened to what my husband and I wanted in a car and showed us the options they had. He enlisted the help of Andrew who had a wealth of knowledge about all of the vehicles. We took a test drive in a Chrysler 200 Touring and when we got back Andrew had the Chrysler 200 Limited sitting there for us to test drive as well because he knew it had the main option that we were looking for: Bluetooth technology. I travel quite a bit so it was important that it have that hands-free technology. When we sat down to figure out pricing, Andrew showed us a couple different options (as we all know, price is always a big factor). One was straight-out buying the Chrysler 200 Touring or leasing the Limited. The price difference was astonishing. I wasn't sure if we could afford the Limited based on the budget we gave ourselves, but it turns out with leasing it was very affordable. This was a great option for my husband and I since in a few years when we have children, we may want to upgrade to a larger vehicle (I've got my eye of the Jeep Grand Cherokee). The 3 year lease allows us to do just that and not have the commitment of a several year long loan. Jared and Andrew were both absolutely wonderful to work with. Andrew followed up after our purchase to make sure everything was going well. He even made my first service appointment. You can tell that the car salesman at Klaben aren't the typical pushy car salesmen. They listen to exactly what you want in a car and provide it. They are more interested in earning your business for your next car and the next after that then just making this one purchase. They want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and keep coming back there to make the next purchase. I know my husband and I will definitely be coming to Klaben for all of our car purchases. Great people. Great deals. Great Selection. More
