Don is extremely knowledgeable on the product as well as cars in general. This is a not pushy atmosphere at all. I had purchased two Ford vehicles back in the 90's from the Klaben Ford store and I am not sure why I did not continue to buy from Klaben. I had a great experience back then as well. The dealership is very clean, the sales staff is friendly, as well as the General Manager Jeff. I went into the dealership not knowing what exactly I wanted. Other than a monthly lease payment and knowing that I wanted something bigger. Don and Jeff made some suggestions based on these parameters and I am 100% satisfied with my lease. They detailed the Journey and I left with a full tank of gas. I didn't know dealers still did things like that. My wife has a lease coming due on a Mazda 3 and we will be leasing from Don again. Great dealership, and a great sales staff. More

He was extremely professional with us with just the right amount of "laid back" also. We had our 13 year old son with us and he even made this time fun for him too. Justin is very friendly and knowledgeable (really he seemed to be about all the vehicles not just the one we purchased). What we really liked is that he was not a "pressure salesman". He did not push us or try to rope us into anything. We arrived to the dealership late and by the time we were done purchasing our new Dodge Dart, it was closing time. When we finalized the purchase, he made himself available via cell phone incase we should have any questions for problems. I would definitely recommend this dealership and MOST DEFINATELY Justin Bolen for any vehicle purchase in the future! :) More

Justin Bolen comes through big time again for me! I stopped by to check out the new Dodge Dart just to take a test drive. Well Justin let me test drive a few different Darts with varying options in each one. He showed me all the features available on each model. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger from February 2013. My credit wasn't the best at that time and he still got me financing. So I decided to have him check some numbers for me and he came back with a 4.1% finance rate for the Dart now that my credit had drastically improved in a year. He got me an amazing deal and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Dart GT the same day! I wasn't expecting to purchase so soon but he guided me through all the aspects of the deal. He then helped me transfer all the stuff in my Avenger to the new Dart as well as go over some other features of this model just so I would know everything needed before I left the lot with my new car. Brian the finance manager got us through the paperwork signing very quickly but still explained everything that I was signing as the process went along. This is my second vehicle purchase from Justin Bolen and Klaben. I've had 4 friends purchase vehicles from Justin Bolen and Klaben in the past year and I'm sure with the great customer service and friendly atmosphere Justin provides to the customers he deals with that I will be buying many more from him and Klaben in the years to come.
