We had been looking for a new/ used car for a few weeks .. just could not get all the right fit on what we where looking for.. On Sunday 7/27 my husband stooped in and saw the 2013 Dodge Avenger.. right price, low miles.... could not wait for Monday.. I know Andrew Alderson.. he recommend Courtney Means to help.. so happy he did. Courtney is very friendly .. This is 1st newer car we have every brought in 40 years. So we where a little nervous but exited,, that it would out well.. It worked GREAT.. Dave took the car for ride,, YES!! we are BUYING Courtney made the the sale feel pressure less, Did all the extra things like insurance. etc.. Good place to buy a new or used Chrysler product. A used Town and Country is more or less of a market price item. That being said, I do think that Mr. Jacobs tried to ensure my business by giving me A used Town and Country is more or less of a market price item. That being said, I do think that Mr. Jacobs tried to ensure my business by giving me the best price he could. We did not have protracted haggling, but were both pleased with the outcome. Mr. Jacobs part in the transaction was excellent. The processing at the dealership to close the deal left something to be desired in its timeliness. Klaben needs to rethink how too move paperwork through the process. If there has been a number of buyers waiting there would be plenty of time to reflect and perhaps cancel the deal. Overall, I was happy, and especially with Mr. Jacobs' efforts. I would also like to commend Justin Stinnett in service for his responsiveness and help. More

He took the time to show us the Jeep Cherokee, which is the vehicle I came in to look at. My husband and I left still indecisive on if this was the right car for me and John was very understanding. The next day we returned, still not sure if this was the car for me and our salesman, John was not in. We met up with Don Jacobs, equally as friendly and knowledgeable. Don recommended us also taking a look at the Jeep Patriot, since it was comparable to a previous vehicle we had owned. I feel in love with this car!!! It was the right fit! Don listened to me and helped me find the perfect car with all the amenities that I was looking for without breaking the bank!!! The financing was equally as pleasant with Kim who helped us with all our questions and needs. After we had completed that process, Don took me out to my new vehicle, hooked up my phone for me, (must have had that deer in a headlight look when he said Bluetooth compatible!) showed me how and where everything was and worked, on my new Jeep.
